The great experience in this hotel. The location is perfect, close to everything, and the restaurant service is incredible, nice customer service and they are very quick in serving the food. Everybody in the hotel are very friendly. We are very happy and definetely will be back.

This hotel was in a great location for our short stay with no car. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They upgraded us at no charge to a huge, comfortable king suite without even asking, and the front desk staff remembered my name every time. The view of Vancouver was spectacular from our 14th floor room. We enjoyed a nice breakfast also. I would definitely stay here again, if just to say hello to the doorman!

My daughter and I stayed at the Century Plaza for 9 nights in July/2010. IWe were surprised that the room had a nice small cooking kitchen. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Close walk to the water and to downtown activities. great food close by. Highly recommend this facility even though the staff with the exception of a couple of people were not all that helpful.

Just got back from a summer week in Vancouver and stayed at the Century Plaza. We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the lobby was and the room was terrific. We had a spacious, nicely appointed one bedroom with a nice view, adn the location is excellent - we were a few short blocks from the fireworks competition - awesome! Only 2 things to be aware of - it's right next door to the hospital - sirens were noisy for awhile on Sat night, AND we booked through web a one bedroom, but the hotel people had downgraded us to a regular room. I had to argue with then and got it corrected.

This hotel met our needs well. Located close to most the Vancouver experiences we wanted. Nice view from our 19th floor room and even a little balcony for watching the city come to life. The rooms were spacious and clean and having a refrigerator was helpful (and a stove which we didn't use.) Beds could use new mattresses. Staff were helpful enough. Pool was a disappointment--water was murky and pool too crowded for swimming. Never did find the alleged steam bath. Restaurant (Beyond) was pricey, only adequate food and marginal service. Parking was available for a price that didn't seem extravagant for a downtown garage. All in all, for a place to stay that was comfortable and within walking distance of attractions, this hotel is recommended.
